Hiring a coach is a decision to invest in yourself.

You are the most important asset in your environment.

Clients initially enroll for a 12-week session. Sessions are 60-75 minutes via telephone. Once we agree on your session day and time, we are both committed to the same time every week.

Then most clients choose to re-enroll for another 12 sessions or decide to continue month to month for a year.
