The most beneficial point in my coaching experience was realizing that I choose everything in my life. Every word and every action that I take every day is my choice. With assistance from Coach Mindy I learned that these actions will allow me to accomplish my current and future goals. Thanks to Coach Mindy for helping me to reach my goals much faster than I could have on my own. With her coaching process, she helped me to understand and prioritize my goals. The coaching process has taught me that I have full control of my time and it is not necessary to apologize for making myself a priority. I also learned to prioritize my life categories, (family, self, work, friends, etc) and to invest my time into them accordingly.
